2. Visima Holdings Inc. will provide a Confidentiality agreement duly executed by us, for your signature, which you will return to us along with 3 years financial statements and year-to-date statements where available;
3. Visima Holdings Inc. will complete a review of the financial information and perform a market analysis to determine the suitability of the marketplace;
4. We will arrange a convenient meeting with the owner / operator to discuss the opportunity and gauge that opportunity from the perspectives of purchaser and seller;
5. We will provide a non – binding “short form” Offer to Purchase;
6. If both parties agree that the financial terms are reasonable to continue we will complete the due diligence which will include:

• Site visit
• Template Management Agreement for review
• Long form Offer to Purchase for review
